The solution

TREASUREMIND is a complete data archiving solution for medical and laboratory data.

It uses S3 technology which allows you to store data either on-premise or in the cloud and allows for easy migration from one option to another.

The S3 technology also provides the ability to preserve the underlying storage hardware with data integrity.

Hybrid storage models are another configuration option. A responsive web-based user interface allows the user to configure, set up data collection, retrieve data and report.

Features of TREASUREMIND

TREASUREMIND supports archiving all types of medical and laboratory data and all file types. The data can be automatically collected by TREASUREMIND (pull), sent to TREASUREMIND (push), or entered manually into TREASUREMIND.

Data collection rules can be easily configured in the UI. The TREASUREMIND REST API can be rapidly integrated into existing LI(M)S/HIS/EHS systems and supports HL7, ASTM, LDT, XML, JSON protocols as well as structured data files. Common attributes (e.g. date, time, source, operator) are configurable and can be assigned to records. Keywords (tags) can be defined per data source to facilitate data extraction. This metadata is a powerful method for flexible data search.

Roll-forward data buffer technology ensures that no data is lost during transfer to the archives. The data is compressed and encrypted during archiving. The TREASUREMIND architecture provides maximum protection against data loss. The TREASUREMIND Monitoring Dashboard displays the status of data collection and reports errors during data transfer. Server traffic and storage information are clearly displayed.

TREASUREMIND allows you to easily retrieve and export archived data. Search for any combination of data sources or groups of data sources, date and time ranges, operators, keywords, and data tags. Save queries, schedule report generation. Select individual data sets, test data, etc.

The TREASUREMIND Monitoring Dashboard displays the status of data collection and reports transmission errors. Server traffic and storage information are clearly displayed.

Users, user roles and data groups are created and defined using the TREASUREMIND UI. Data groups are sets of configured data sources (channels).

Examples of data groups in a hospital application include departments such as clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, pathology, and cytology. Data sources for hematology can include multiple hematology analyzers, flow cytometers and other instruments, as well as manual data.

Users can be assigned to one or more data groups and restricted to specific data sources within a data group.

Data source settings are highly configurable to suit flexible workflow definitions. Individual data sources (channels) can be set to offline mode (no data upload until the channel is set online).

Individual channels can also be placed in test mode to verify proper data archiving functionality (test mode with data tagging) - useful for initial channel configuration, software updates and configuration changes. Channel configuration mode supports defining metadata, content data, and grouping tags for each individual data source.
