In collaboration with our partner meco IT, we have developed a unique software product that allows you to effortlessly control and manage ePaper labels – the ePaper Manager.
With the ePaper Manager, you have complete control over your digital signs, all from a central interface. You can easily manage your ePaper labels, update content, and roll them out automatically with our user-friendly software.
You can integrate a wide variety of data interfaces with our solution, from calendar connections such as Office 365 and Exchange to time control and complex database connections.

Room labeling
Labeling offices and meeting rooms in your company is easy with our ePaper displays. With wireless connectivity and a battery life of up to five years, our signs can be installed almost anywhere.
Conference rooms
On displays in conference rooms, current and upcoming appointments are automatically shown. Booking can be done via various interfaces, such as an Office365 resource calendar. Using the intuitive interface of the ePaper Manager, users can configure appointments to automatically appear on door signs. Additionally, our “RoomPro” interface enables convenient room reservation via a QR code that is displayed on the ePaper label.
Offices
In addition, ePaper Manager is an ideal solution for conventional workplaces. Whenever an employee's data changes, it is automatically updated on the corresponding door sign.
Open Space Office
Our "FlexDesk" interface provides the option of simply booking a workspace for the desired time period via an interface provided by our ePaper Manager for offices without a fixed assignment. A simultaneous adjustment is made to the room signage.
Visitor guidance systems
Digital signage can also be used to display information, for instance in a foyer or entrance hall. On a given day, you can see which meetings are taking place in which rooms.
Confidential appointments are treated confidentially, and only the occupancy is displayed, not the reason for the meeting.

ePaper Manager
The ePaper Manager is the central administration interface for all types and sizes of ePaper environments. Every conceivable scenario can be mapped out using the flexible and scalable architecture of the ePaper Manager, from simple scenarios with a few labels to complex scenarios with thousands of labels and multiple data interfaces.
The ePaper Manager is middleware that provides image information to the label from the data source. The ePaper Manager can be connected to any conceivable data source using universal API interfaces. To achieve this, we have developed interfaces for the most popular applications. However, we can also tailor interfaces to suit your needs.
Our ePaper Manager solution is available in cloud, hybrid and on-premise configurations in order to fit the needs of our customers. With cloud configuration, all you need to get started are the labels and access points on site. If desired, all services can be hosted locally in your own data center and function fully without an internet connection.
The ePaper Manager Template Manager allows you to create individual templates for labels using an intuitive graphical interface. There is no need to create and maintain complicated scripts. It’s quick and easy to modify templates to display your data.
Dynamic templates can be created that monitor a state variable of the data source. One example is the room label. If a room is currently booked, the main label color will be red, but if the room is free, it will be black. This is an improvement over classic ePaper room signage systems.
